I’d read about this little enterprise & finally made it this morning.. Now it must be said the place is not comfortable - but there ‘s 3 stools on which to perch if you’re lucky.. so getting take out is maybe sensible ( even though essentially I hate the idea of drinking coffee this way out of à cardboard vessel.) There was just one pressured barista who had to do everything.. so the service was zero - albeit friendly enough in itself when you finally were attended . He made me an excellent Macchiatone ( curiously unlisted on the extensive menu board ) which is a ‘local’ Florentine variant on the classic Macchiato ~ “with just a little more milk”~ & my only regret was that it wasn’t hot . That said with a heat wave outside I was too fussed - but it’s not quite as I think it should be. Very good coffee.. just a few undistinguished croissants 🥐 & à little tart to eat .. so it’s the coffee guys!! That’s what it’s all about here !
