We just came for drinks here.... Their menu is very unique and we had one of the best mixologists I could ask for. The gentleman was so nice, made great recommendations, and I don't believe we could have had a better experience. I'll be going out of my way next trip to visit!!

My stay was absolute perfection, truly one of my finest hotel experiences. The hotel is composed of two elegant palazzos set within the most beautiful gardens- an oasis of calm and relaxation in bustling Florence. It was difficult to want to leave the hotel!| The staff is exceptional, especially Valentina at check in. She upgraded me as a special treat for my daughter to a stunning Renaissance suite. We felt like princesses! Valentina and all of the staff welcomed us as friends not just guests. The young men at the door were also so friendly and helpful and when we mentioned we were walking to get sandwiches, they brought us wonderful hand rowels to take with us. So thoughtful.||The suite was exquisite, and we loved the wonderful breakfast served each morning in our suite. The pastries were some of the most delicious we've ever had. We also loved eating lunch outside on the terrace, and the sole was so fresh and cooked perfectly.| Truly every interaction we had with staff was a pleasure. We can't wait to return to this heavenly hotel.

There are places one visits in search of a few hours of rest, only to leave with the feeling of having travelled through several centuries. Behind the gates of Four Seasons Hotel Firenze lies the magnificent Palazzo della Gherardesca built in 1473 for Bartolomeo Scala. It is not hard o imagine that over the centuries, this venue welcomed members of the Medici family and some of Florence’s most distinguished households. Today, its frescoes and extraordinary gardens form one of the city’s most enchanting retreats where history whispers, piano piano, through every stone, corridor and garden path. We came to enjoy the spa, but the excellence of the experience revealed itself well before the first treatment. We had the pleasure of meeting Roberta (una vera perla!). With remarkable kindness, elegance and care, she went above and beyond to find arrangements that suited us perfectly and made our visit feel effortless from the very beginning. Roberta and her entire team were truly aux petits soins attentive without ever being intrusive, warm, thoughtful and wonderfully professional. It is precisely this kind of discreet generosity that transforms luxury into genuine hospitality. A special word must also go to Francesca, whose massage was exceptional (precise and deeply relaxing - bravissima!) In such a spectacular setting, one might imagine that the architecture, art and history would be enough to create the magic. In truth, it is its people who give the place its soul.
