Very disappointing experience. The room looked completely different from the photos and did not feel like a 5-star hotel at all. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. Cleanliness was a major issue. During my 4-night stay, housekeeping would only change the towels and make the bed, without properly cleaning the room or removing the garbage and dust. I reported this to the hotel, but unfortunately, there was no proper response. For a 5-star hotel at this price, I expected much better cleanliness, service, and attention to detail.

Great location in Venice. In the less touristy section so very relaxing at night. We were upgraded to a room in the lagoon side and it was very nice. The service here is impeccable. From porters to front desk to restaurant staff, everyone made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The tasting menu had some of the best bites we ate all trip!

The staff is very pleasant and the reception is excellent — they are always ready to help with any question. There is also a beautiful garden where you can sit quietly or take a peaceful stroll; the air is filled with the wonderful scent of flowers. I am completely satisfied with my choice of this hotel

I wanted to take a moment to pass along a special note of gratitude for Arif from the hotels concierge team. This was our second stay at NH Collection Venezia Dei Dogi, our last visit was over a year ago,and we were so touched that Arif actually remembered us! Even though the hotel was exceptionally busy, he was consistently warm, always smiling, and remarkably attentive, No matter how much he had on his plate, he made time to help us and never forgot a single request! Arif’s genuine kindness and dedication made a world of difference to our stay. Please pass along our sincere thanks to him . As it is a review let me also address some concerns where i hope the hotel takes my review on a positive note, a little more helpful and pro active stance by the reception team could do wonders for the hotel and its image . we especially got the presidential suit as it was my birthday and my husband and kids wanted to celebrate for me in my favourite city and a hotel i remembered well, unfortunately this time the service especially for getting the suite wasnt as great as we anticipated or perhaps this is the norm, i dont know, i will definitely try to come again one more time my husband refuses too and i totally respect his decision, but i always believe in another chance before i give up! best regards.

Had a pleasant stay at the NH Collection dei dogi, and I felt the need to singularly mention Mr.Arif, he’s part of the concierge team would go out of his way to help with requests and queries and can often be seen hurrying around the hotel taking care of the patrons. A gentleman, and someone my mother remembered from a couple for years ago during our previous trip. Overall our stay was pleasant, but we did the find the air conditioner in our suite to be underperforming at times. Also that the hotel staff can feel overwhelmed at times, perhaps due to short staffing. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. Overall pleasant stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel per festeggiare il mio compleanno ed è stata un’esperienza bellissima ☺️ Tutto è stato perfetto, il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera era pulitissima e il palazzo è davvero meraviglioso! Anche il giardino è molto bello e la colazione offre una buona varietà di prodotti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!
