The location is great, only got 1 taxi from the airport, and then spent 12 days just walking everywhere. Plus it's super close to the station, so you can get trains or buses everywhere. The house is big, a lot of space, bed is ok, sofa is ok. There is an A/C in the kitchen and in the bedroom, but they are weak. I had to buy a fan to survive the heat wave in Florence. Also, it's in the last floor and it only has staircases. Finally, there's no coffee maker!! IN ITALY!!! Anyway, if it was cheaper, I would give it a 4 stars, but for the price, they are a 3 stars. Not bad, not memorable.
